A licensed medical provider reviews your information and designs a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. If medications are part of your plan, they are handled by a U.S.-based pharmacy and delivered directly to your door. Throughout your journey, you can stay connected with your provider through a secure portal for follow-ups, progress updates, and any adjustments needed to keep your care on track.
Is EllieMD Available in Every State?
EllieMD’s telehealth programs and prescription services are available across the United States. Their personalized treatment plans and medications can reach all 50 states, allowing most people to access care regardless of location. Some limitations may apply due to specific product availability, local telehealth regulations, or pharmacy licensing rules, which can affect the services offered in certain states. Patients must be physically present in a state where EllieMD’s providers and pharmacy partners are authorized at the time of their consultation. Services are not currently available outside the 50 states.
What Payment Methods Does EllieMD Accept?
EllieMD offers multiple payment options for convenience and flexibility. You can use major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, as well as PayPal or Klarna. All payments are required to be completed before a prescription is processed and shipped.
Can I Use My HSA or FSA Card to Pay?
Yes, you can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card to pay for EllieMD services. This allows you to use your tax-advantaged healthcare funds for eligible telehealth visits and prescription treatments, just like a standard credit or debit card.
